Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase from the QSC Service webstore.

If your order has suffered damage during the initial shipment or you received the incorrect item your order, please notify QSC as soon as possible. Reference your original sales order number when you contact QSC for a return and reference the original sales order number on the packaging that is being returned to QSC. It is imperative that all visible damages and/or operational faults are disclosed in the return request. All return items must be new and in its original packaging.
